Peach season isn’t til August but.. I remembered that I had 2 cups peaches frozen from last year… So I thawed them slightly & put them in a pot with a little sugar..like 1/4 cup (the amount of sugar is to your liking also fruit in season is sweeter)…. & cooked them until they were juicy & almost boiling (you can add a little water if you need too).. then I added 2 T corn starch dissolved in 2 T cold water & stirred to thickened… Don’t have frozen fruit… the grocery store does…. try any kind of fruit.. This sauce is great with pound cake, pancakes, crepes & whipped cream…
