6 cups quick oats, 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c sliced almonds, 1tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 c dry coconut.. mix together. Then mix together 1 cup coconut oil, 2 T water & 1/2 c honey & pour over dry ingredients. stir & bake 325 for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. (you can sub other oil but you will miss out on the health benefits of coconut oil)
