8 organic gala apples peeled & sliced topped with 1 tsp cinnamon

Topping: 3 T melted butter, 1 packet stevia or 1 T raw sugar, 1/2 – 2/3 cup spelt flour. Mix together & top over apples bake 35-40 350 covered..
