Marinate 2 pounds sliced chicken thighs over night in: 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1 cup water, 3 T soy sauce, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1 T brown sugar, black pepper, 3 T olive oil or melted butter … Place on skewers if you like & grill
