Saturday night was such a special evening with a dear bride- to- be, Brittany & her friends & family. The evening’s menu was Spinach & feta pinwheel puffs, Roasted Rosemary Apple Pork, Duchess Potatoes, Green Bean & Goat cheese salad & Berry Mille Feuille Dessert. We had such a special evening of laughing and cooking and Oh yes! Eating!
We host all sorts of cooking classes for all sorts of occasions. Brittany contacted me about having the class for her bachelorette party. She choice from a her customized menu with selections from 5 categories: appetizers, entrée, side dishes, veggies & desserts. We began our party at 5:45 and after some “getting acquainted” we began cooking together around 6, everyone having an opportunity to try a recipe. And at 7:15 our dinner was arranged on the serving platters and dinner was served.
We talked about ideas for other classes like cooking for 2. My favorite compliment of the night came from Brittany’s soon to be sister in law who said, ” this is my favorite bachelorette party! this is better than going to a restaurant because we got to learn to make the recipes as well.”
I’d like to thank Brittany, her dear friends & family for sharing their special evening with me. Also, wishing Brittany & Nick God’s blessings upon their marriage!
