Bacon Sausage Egg Muffins

8 eggs, 1 c milk, s & p, 8 slices crumbled bacon, 8 sliced cooked breakfast sausage, 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese (shredded), tator tots. Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin pans, put 2 tator tots in the muffin pans & bake 10 min. Meanwhile crack the eggs into a blender & add milk & s&p and blend. Take the pans out of the oven & put in some meat & a bit of cheese, pour over the egg to 2/3 filled. Bake 15-20. You can put whatever you like into these cooked veggies, ham different cheeses. To make them Low carb or THM use some cooked cauliflower instead of the tots019
