8 oz bacon
1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken tenders (or boneless breast cut into strips)
1 bottle of barbecue sauce (I use bulls-eye)
Fry bacon until crispy in a frying pan. Set aside bacon. Drain almost all bacon fat. Brown the chicken in that same frying pan on both sides. Add the bottle of BBQ sauce & cover to simmer for 15 minutes. Crumble bacon & top the chicken with it.
