Brushetta Chicken

1 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast cut in 1/2 lengthwise into thin cutlets
1 packet of good seasons italian dressing prepared according to directions
Pour dressing over the chicken & marinate 2 hours – 1 day
Grill your chicken until done & place on a platter & top with fresh brusshetta
Brusshetta: 2 large tomatoes (local in season is best) diced, 7 large basil leaves chopped, 1- 2 cloves of garlic minced (depends on the size of garlic & your preference), 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano & salt & pepper to taste…this is great made a few hours ahead & allowed to sit at room temperature
