Cheesesteak Bread

1 T dry yeast dissloved  in 10 oz warm water & a pinch of sugar. Then add 3 1/2 -4 cups of bread flour(start w/3) 1 tsp salt & 2 T oil. Mix & rise for 1 hour OR 1 tube of refrigerator pizza crust or store bought fresh pizza dough

1 small onion diced & sauteed with 1 T oil, Add 10 – 14 oz chip steak meat. Sautee & add 1/2 cup ketchup.

Roll out dough like a pizza , top with steakmeat, top with cheese & roll up like a jelly roll. Pinch edges & bake 375 until golden brown

Other fillings: Sausage, spinach garlic & provolone, pepperoni & mozzarella, stromboli
