This works great with strawberries, berries, pretzels, peanut butter crackers, nuts, driedfruits, cookies, marshmellows even jalapenos…I prefer Wilburs coating chocolate…it melts nice & doesn’t discolor when it hardens, but you can find melting chocolate in the baking aisle..
First thing: make sure whatever you are dipping is not wet at all..water will ruin your chocolate.. Second melt your chocolate about 1 cup at a time in the microwave starting at 45-60 seconds stir then do another 40 seconds so you don’t burn your chocolate..stir. when all the disks are melted dip your items & place on wax paper or parchment to dry..That’s it …you can get creative by them topping with crushed nuts, sprinkles or even drizzle with another flavor or colored chocolate or melting wafer..
