2 c flour, 2 c sugar, 3/4 c cocoa, 2 tsp baking soda, 1tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 c oil mix together & add 1 cup cold coffee. Makes about 30-34 cupcakes Bake 350 Icing: 1 stick soft butter 3 cups powdered sugar beaten together add 1/4 cup raspberry preserves & beat add 1/2 & 1/2 until desired consistency (can make this w/ any flavor preserves) I topped these with mini heart sprinkles for my girls’ parties
