Okay all the sweet wonderful local corn is here…..
1 celery stalk chopped
1 small carrots chopped
4 – 5 potaotes peeled & chopped
2 T butter
sautee together in a pot
Then add:
32 oz chicken broth
Cut off the corn from 5-6 ears & add
Cover & let simmer under all ingredients are good & tender
I thicken the chower with 1 cup of 1/2 & 1/2 with 2T of corn starch (you can use cream & flour too) Then top with cooked bacon & sharp cheese
