Cottage Potatoes

6 – 8 medium potatoes boiled & peeled
1 8oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 cups milk
2 T butter
2 T flour
salt & pepper
1 1/2 cup cornflakes crushed & mixed w/ 2 (more) T butter melted
Cube potatoes & place in a greased baking dish. In a pot melt butter then add flour & whisk together then add milk & stir in cheese..When cheese is melted add salt & pepper & pour over potatoes. Top with cornflakes mixture & bake 350 for 45 minutes
