These are gluten free and are super yummy
2 pounds of chicken tenders or chicken breast (boneless skinless cut into strips)
2 eggs beaten
3 cups of crushed Corn flakes ( I used organic & no sugar but that’s up to you)
1 T lawry’s chicken seasoning (optional) add to the crumbs
oil for browning the chicken
Dip chicken in egg & then in crumbs. Brown on both sides in heated oil. Finish baking in preheated oven 375 for 15 min.
