Fig Pecan & Goat Cheese Appetizer

Well I dreamed this little diddy up yesterday & served it at an open house with rave reviews….
Melt 1 1/2 T butter on a pan then add 2/3 cup chopped pecans, 1 heaping T raw sugar, 3 T honey in a pan for 3-5 minutes then add 8 chopped dried for 5 more minutes…remove from heat & add 3 oz plain or honey goat cheese & stir.. Top on thin slices on baguette or italian bread…serve warm at room temp
