Today I am creating two special menus: My first menu is for a super fun autumn inspired cooking class which includes such yummy recipes like:
Fig, Goat cheese & honey crostini, Sweet potato rounds with goat cheese, craisins, balsamic & pecans, Fall Shredded Brussel Sprout Salad with Manchego & Bacon, Roasted Brussel sprouts with pecans & dried cranberries/ or with apple & bacon, Maple Pecan twice baked sweet potatoes, Butternut Squash risotto, Spaghetti Squash Bolognese, Apple Bacon & Blue cheese stuffed pork, Pear & white cheddar stuffed Chicken breast with a honey glaze, Squash gnocchi with browned sage butter, Roasted Squash with goat cheese, craisins & balsamic, Roasted Chicken with grapes & herbs with a wine reduction, Rustic Chicken with diced tomatoes, mushrooms, cream & almonds or with asiago & thyme with mushrooms, Acorn squash stuffed with sausage, cranberry & apple stuffing… and that’s only half of it.
The second menu is for another special wedding at Supply. Can hardly wait to create another unique and inspiring menu! Supply is an amazing space if you are looking for a venue.
