Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, feta & Kalamata olives we also added some sliced baked boneless skinless chicken breast & made this a dinner salad
Dressing:
2/3 cup olive oil , 1- tsp granulated garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil , 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 1 T sugar, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard, 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar. Blend everything in a bowl except the oil. In a slow stream whisk the oil to blend.
