6 potatoes peeled & grated on a cheese grater or sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
2 cups milk
3 T flour
3 T butter
1. Melt butter in a pot then add flour and mix. Stir in milk until thickened. Add cheese & stir
2. Grease a baking dish add the potatoes and top with cheese sauce.
3. bake 1 hour
