This recipe was inspired by “Tasty” on fb. You take boneless skinless chicken breast and put slits in the chicken (but not cutting all the way through) about 1 in apart along the whole breast. Then you lay the chicken breast on baking sheet & fill slits with chopped sliced ham & cheese of your choice. Top with a little olive oil & I also used some garlic & herb salt. Bake 400 20 min. We loved this so much that we have since made it with broccoli & cheddar. It’s so moist and flavorful in each bite. It’s also gluten free & low carb and crazy easy!
