2 # boneless skinless thighs (baked or broiled),1 can pineapple chunks, ½ c brown sugar, 2 T soy sauce, ¼ c corn starch, ½ c cider vinegar, 1 green pepper diced. Season your chicken with some onion salt, pepper & granulated garlic. Bake or broil. Meanwhile, in a pot put in your ingredients except the corn starch. Bring to a boil & dissolve the corn starch in ¼ c cold water & add it to the pot and stir to thicken. Combine chicken & pineapple mixture and simmer 20 min on the stove or bake together 350 for 30 min.
