I say healthy because I have changed a few things to make this “well of life” friendly (our no dairy no wheat flour no sugar diet)
1 large organic tomato diced
1 clove of garlic minced
1/4 cup olive oil or approved oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Dried oregano & basil to taste
Mix altogether & set aside
Toast well 4 slices of Ezekial Bread (with Sesame Seeds) & then cut into quarters and top with the tomato mixture
