7 qts of popcorn: Popped on the stove not air popped or microwave. Take a pot with a lid (the size you’d use to boil spaghetti) Cover the bottom with oil and a layer of popcorn & cover. Pop on medium heat
In a sauce pan put 2 cups brown sugar, 1/2 cup corn syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp salt & 2 sticks of butter. Bring to a boil, boil 4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp baking soda & stir.
Mix the sauce over the popcorn. Add any nuts and Bake 250 for 1 hour on a cookie sheet. Stirring every 15 minutes.
