Not your kids’ Grilled Cheese

Sliced or shredded sharp cheese
Thin sliced tart apples
Fried Bacon & 2 slices of a hearty crusty bread
Butter your bread.. Place 1 slice butter side down in the frying pan top with some cheese then apple slice then bacon & cheese again & top with your other slice butter side up… Brown until the cheese melted
or
try Fresh Mozzerella & Pesto…
or Ham, pineapple, or Provolone…..
Turkey , Raspberry Jam & Brie
