We often do overnight breakfast items for Sunday morning. We have a hot breakfast in our home every morning & Sundays are no exception. We usually leave for church by 8:30 so this recipe works out great.
6 slices of bread, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon or sausage (10 oz) , 8 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1/2 tsp onion salt or 1 tsp salt (I like celtic sea salt) & 1/4 tsp pepper. Grease or spray at 9×13, cut your bread into cubes & place in the bottom of the dish, top with the meat & cheese, beat the eggs with the milk & salt & pepper & pour that into you dish. Cover & refrigerate. When you are ready to bake .. 350 uncovered 40-45 until golden brown & set.
