Peach Crisp

6-8 large peaches (fresh local juicy ripe ones) Peeled and sliced. Topping: 1 cup oats, 3/4 c brown sugar, 2/3 c white sugar, 1 c flour, 1 stick of butter melted and a pinch of salt. Mix together and sprinkle over the peaches. Bake uncovered 350 until golden brown (about 1 hour) I used 1 cup gf baking mix to make it gluten free002
