3 pound pork roast (on bone with some dark meat is best) you may also use country style pork ribs for a shorter cooking time
3 cans of crushed tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
Handful of fresh basil & 1 sprig of rosemary, salt & pepper
2 T olive oil
Brown pork in the oil. Then add garlic and tomatoes, & herbs. Simmer, covered on low all day ( at least 5 hours, 2 hours for ribs) . Take the pork out(very carefully) Boil pasta of choice to mix with the sauce and serve the pork sliced on the side.
If the sauce is a little too thick add some water during cooking time.
