Power Packed Smoothie

1 cup ice, 1 /2 cup greek yogurt, 6 strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 ripe banana, 1 tsp chia seeds & 1/2 -1 cup coconut milk beverage or milk of choice. I used my vitamix but you can use any blender add the ice & all ingredients adjust milk to your desired consistency.. Great for protein, calcium, antioxidants.. I used organic fruit & seeds as well..
