I am not the biggest fan of pumpkin pie but I found this little topping which changes everything. Bake a pumpkin pie frozen or from scratch. Then take 3T butter & melt that in a pot with 1/3 cup of chopped pecans & 1/3 cup brown sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar. Pour that over you baked pie & place in the broiler for 5 min.. YUM! For my pumpkin pie I just follow the recipe on the can of pumpkin except I use 1 cup milk instead of canned milk..
