Well after 11+ years of doctors it turns out I have a wheat allergy. After several picnics this weekend, I decided to bring my own flourless dessert to share & it was a hit!
1 bag of special dark Hershey morsels (11oz)
1 stick of butter cut into slices
2/3 cup of sugar
Preheat oven to 300. Beat the eggs & sugar together. Melt the morsels in the microwave 1 minute at a time (so you don’t burn the chocolate) stirring in the butter a little at a time until the whole stick is in. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs & sugar until it’s all mixed. Pour the batter into a 8 inch cake pan lined with wax paper & greased with butter. I baked this in a water bath which is placing the baking pan a larger pan with 1/2 inch of water. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and put onto a plate & chill.
