Roasted Chicken

1 whole roasted chicken removed from bag & rinsed
Season with salt & pepper , thyme & 3 peeled & chopped garlic cloves
Place in a baking dish fill with 1 inch of water & cover. Roast at 325 (20 min per pound)
Allow chicken to rest for 20 minutes before slicing

This is a great idea for making something once & then getting to have it for other uses for other meals. This is great for sandwiches, quesadillas, salads, casseroles & soups
