1 whole roasted chicken removed from bag & rinsed
Season with salt & pepper , thyme & 3 peeled & chopped garlic cloves
Place in a baking dish fill with 1 inch of water & cover. Roast at 325 (20 min per pound)
Allow chicken to rest for 20 minutes before slicing
