This is quickly becoming a household favorite. I take a 2# pork loin and put slits in the top. I fill the slits with garlic slices and fresh rosemary. I season the pork with salt & pepper then I sear it in a pan with oil. Roast at 375 until 160 degrees (about 1hr) I like to add potato wedges and veggie to the baking dish for an easy 1 sheet meal. The key is to let it sit for 10 mins and slice it thin.
