1 pound zucchini sliced (skins on), 1 small onion sliced, 2 tsp butter & 1 T olive oil, 3-4 T freshly grated romano cheese salt & pepper
Sautee the onion in the butter & olive oil for 5 minutes on medium high then add the zucchini & stir occassionally until golden brown..then remove from heat add salt & pepper & romano cheese & serve..this is great hot or at room temperature
