This recipe is hot but if you don’t want the heat leave out the poblano pepper..if you don’t have the hot pepper you can sub jalapeno or tabasco. Also you can make this with chicken just use chicken broth
1 T oil
1 clove of minced garlic
1 cup matchstick carrots
1 poblano pepper seeded & chopped
1 stalk celery cut into strips
1 pepper cut into strips
1 Pound of beef steak of choice cut into strips
1 T corn starch added to 1 cup beef stock and dissolved
2 T agave nectar or 2 T brown sugar
2 T soy sauce or I like Braggs liquid aminos
Heat oil & sautee garlic & all veggies on high heat, then add beef and stir quickly once no longer pink add stock with starch, sweetner & soy sauce and stir unti thickened…Serve over rice
