Soft Pretzels

1 T dry yeast
3/4 to 1 cup warm water (start with 3/4)
1 t. sugar
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 t. salt

Dissolve yeast in the warm water with the sugar. Wait 5 min. add flour & salt. Knead until smooth. Raise 1 hour. Roll into pretzel shapes dip with soda mixture of 1/4 cup water & 1 t. baking soda & sprinkle with salt. Bake 400 for 20 min.. Brish with melted butter when finished.
