Spicy Chili Chicken * my new favorite food*

May 18, 2010 By Kristie

18 May

2 pounds of raw boneless chicken cut into chunks
3 T oil of choice
2 garlic cloves minced
2 heaping Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce (the one I use is in a jar in the Asian section it’s from vietnam)
2 -3 T honey
2 T rice wine vinegar
2 T bragg liquid aminos or soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Snipped green beans, sliced red peppers & onions sauteed (optional)

Heat a frying pan with oil and then brown the chicken. Add the garlic and remaining ingredients. Sautee until the chicken is fully cooked. Top with the peanuts. This is great tossed with sauteed veggies or even some rice noodles (cooked according to the package)
