February 26, 2014 By Kristie

Fajitas:

Steak of choice, salt & pepper, cumin, minced garlic, peppers, onions, tortillas, limes, cheese & salsa Season your beef with salt , pepper, garlic & cumin. Grill it 5-6 minutes per side. Allow to rest for 10 min. cut into strips against the grain. Slice peppers & onions and sautee them in a frying pan with olive oil, salt & pepper until done. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, lime & salsa and whatever toppings you like. Do the same thing for chicken fajitas just use boneless skinless chicken breast. Good beef options for fajitas: Flank steak, sirloin, strip, London Broil or even skirt steak. London Broil is thicker though, so if you grill that you’ll have to cook it longer. Skip use Low Carb tortillas & its a Trim Healthy Momma S Meal & Use corn tortillas & they are gluten free
