1 1/2 cups of glazed almonds (Take 1 cup of sliced almonds, 3 T butter & 4 T brown sugar sauteed in a pan until golden brown cool on a baking sheet until hardened & then crumble over salad)
Dressing: 1/2 cup oil, 4 T sugar, 4 T apple cider vinegar
