I cannot claim this idea as my own I was watching the food network, Diner, Drive-in & Dives & I saw someone making this. They didn’t share the recipe but I saw how he made it. I decided to make this for a dear lady I cook for on Monday. 1 pound tilapia filets, 1/2 c flour, 1 egg beaten, olive oil, 1/2 c white wine, 1 cup chicken broth, salt & pepper &3-4 lemon slices.. Dip tilapia in the egg then in the flour. Pan fry in a few T of olive oil lightly brown on both sides. Remove the fish and add the white wine & allow to boil 2-3 min (to evaporate the alcohol) then add the chicken broth and the lemon slices & stir together add the fish bake in , sprinkle with salt & pepper & cover & simmer a few more min until its finished cooking top with some parsley if you like.. to make this Gluten free use corn starch or gf flour blend
