2 – 32 oz containers of chicken broth
1- 10 oz box of frozen cut spinach
1 small carrot peeled & sliced
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 bag (14oz) frozen cheese tortellini
Add all ingredients except tortellini in a soup pot with lid & simmer on med/high for 15 minutes..then ravioli & simmer 15 minutes. Salt & pepper as needed. Serve with grated parmesan or romano cheese
