1 pound ground lean beef
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
3 beef boullion cubes
1 can tomatoes (I used crushed)
Place beef in a soup pot, cover with water and break up the meat in the water. Boil the meat until it’s no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and cover. You may add more water to get the desired consistency. Simmer for 30 minutes.. Salt & pepper to taste.
